Services
Thrivebuild provides custom workflow design, setup, integration, and ongoing operational maintenance for residential remodeling and design-build firms. All implementation projects are governed by a written, fixed-price scope detailing deliverables, milestones, and timelines agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
Payment
Fixed-price setup fees are billed according to the milestone schedule outlined in your proposal. Work begins once the initial setup deposit is received. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.
Monthly Plans and Cancellation
Ongoing monthly plans cover platform access, automated text messaging infrastructure, routine maintenance, workflow updates, and bug fixes. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time with 14 days written notice prior to your next renewal date.
Ownership of Work
Your Monday.com workspaces, boards, templates, and automations created within your accounts remain your sole property. Any GoHighLevel account configured under our agency provides full data export capability. If you cancel service, we will export your contacts, records, and pipeline history directly to you.
Limitation of Liability
Thrivebuild strives to provide reliable and resilient automated systems. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform downtime, API deprecations, carrier SMS delivery delays, or user misconfiguration. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered within the preceding three months.
